Someone needs some help from the nice people in the white coats…

Is Itchy real or is this just a computer rendering? I don’t get Itchy. Is his pose some sort of pantomine? Is it satire? Why does he look so angry?
You can’t really explain Itchy to someone. Either you get him or you don’t. That’s why he’s so sought-after on the Parisian runways. Angry…or dead sexy?
