Marvel issued a press release officially announcing the corporate shuffle at the top. According to the release COO Bill Jemas is not leaving the company at this time, but will be transitioing to the newly created, non-executive position of Chief Marketing Office.
Reports from Friday speculated that Jemas might stay on until his contract expires in January. The Chief Operating Officer role will remain vacant at this time. Click the link above for more details.
